Ed Morgan gave a presentation on M&A in a Solvency II world to the Polish Society of Actuaries. The presentation discussed recent experiences on projects and why some of the traditional valuation methods may not work as effectively under the Solvency II framework. He also presented a possible valuation methodology and some potential practical issues.
