Anushka Desai

Anushka has worked with a variety of clients since joining Milliman. Her areas of focus are employer benefits consulting and Medicare fee-for-service risk programs, including Standard Direct Contracting and the Medicare Shared Savings Program. She has also assisted clients in the Medicare Advantage and Long-Term Care markets.

Prior to joining Milliman, Anushka worked in the employer sponsored health plan industry and assisted large employers (with 5,000+ employees) with their employee benefits programs. The projects included annual total rewards strategy, self-funded pricing, contribution strategy, fully insured rates negotiation, vendor management, stop-loss analyses, and reserve development.
