PRA QIS試算：試算の対象および保険会社にとっての意味

7月20日、健全性規制機構（Prudential Regulation Authority、PRA）は、英国のソルベンシーIIのレビューに対応した定量的影響度調査（Quantitative Impact Study、QIS）を開始しました。本稿では、10月が期限となる任意のQIS試算を行う企業が期待することについて概説します。また、感応度テスト、シナリオ選択、リスクマージン、マッチング調整、信用スプレッド、格付けの引き下げによる感応度、LIBOR（London Interbank Offered Rate）からSONIA（Sterling Overnight Index Average）への移行、そして技術的準備金に関する移行措置（transitional measure on technical provisions、TMTP）などの領域について、保険会社における主要な検討事項および潜在的課題について考察します。
