S. Andrew Kline
Andy Kline is an actuarial manager with the Milwaukee office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 2004.
Experience
Andy specializes in actuarial consulting for medical professional liability, other professional liability risks, and other commercial risks, including general liability insurance, with a focus on loss reserving, pricing, and reinsurance analysis. He also has extensive experience in cyber liability risks associated with healthcare providers.
Andy provides actuarial consulting for:
- Reserving, including reasonable ranges and studies in preparation for Statements of Actuarial Opinion
- Ratemaking, including competitive analyses, funding studies and evaluation of rating factors, including class plans, territorial plans, and increased limit factors
