Experience

He supports life insurance companies, especially on financial reporting and forecasting issues. His areas of expertise include U.S. GAAP valuation and projections, embedded values, development of experience studies, and actuarial modeling using a diverse range of platforms.

His recent assignments include cash flow analysis and model reviews, analysis of embedded values, development of a health market analysis tool, and design of an interest rate model.

Prior to joining Milliman, from April, 2008, he worked for MetLife Japan, where he completed Japanese statutory projections, reinsurance reporting, implementation of a new actuarial software system, experience analysis of dynamic policy behavior, and U.S. GAAP reporting and related analyses.
