EIOPAガイドラインの改訂：2022年4月

欧州保険・年金監督機構（European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority、EIOPA）は最近、契約の境界に関するガイドラインと、技術的準備金の評価に関するガイドライン（Guidelines on Contract Boundaries, and the Guidelines on the Valuation of Technical Provisions）の改訂に関する最終レポートを公表しました。本稿では、こうした改定内容の中で最も重要なものと、その（再）保険会社に対する潜在的影響について論じます。
