Will focuses on provider analytics. Specifically, how we compare data sets with different case mixes and severity; how we compare populations with different disease profiles and morbidity. He has helped a large variety of providers and payers improve their analytics and value-based contracting. He believes passionately that we can reduce the cost of healthcare if providers and members are given the correct information and incentives. Will has helped create several software applications to help clients better analyze their data. He worked for a major insurance company prior to joining Milliman in 1992.
