David is a senior compensation analyst and survey manager with the Seattle office of Milliman. David assists organizations by analyzing and designing compensation programs, conducting benefit surveys and performing compensation/benefit database management. He joined the firm in 2006.

David has over fifteen years of experience in the public and private sectors, including experience in the design and administration of custom salary and benefit surveys, employee pay programs, and benefits valuation. He is experienced with a broad cross-section of industries including: healthcare, retail, financial services, manufacturing and distribution, public/not-for-profit, high technology, and telecommunications.
